The group had a wonderful trip to see the snowdrops at Lytham Hall today (Sunday 15th Feb). We arrived in cars shortly after lunch when the grounds were busy but not uncomfortably so. Later, we learnt that well over a thousand people had visited. The sun shone and, as the snowdrops were so good, we followed the trail twice, stopping to view the hall and its gardens under restoration from a rare Tudor spiral mount. We had a real sense that Spring is on its way. Here are some photos of the snowdrops taken by Joe.
